Small bar reputed to be the oldest surviving building in Henley.

Small bar reputed to be the oldest surviving building in Henley, dating from 1325. It sadly lost many of its original features a few years ago having been opened out into a series of connected rooms with Brakspears beers available in the front bar.

Celebrated its 700th birthday on 29 March 2025. The unveiled it's documented history with a wall of framed photographs and historical information.

Regular meals are limited to nibbles and bar snack type options, including burgers.

Live music Sunday evenings from 8pm.
