See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

A welcoming and comfortable village local which offers three regular beers including recently re-instated Good Old Boy. It also serves highly regarded home-cooked food. Four bedrooms offer accommodation, and there are conference facilities. The cosy snug features a wood-burning stove, sofas and blankets. There is a large beer garden with covered seating. After renovations giving a modern feel, the Six Bells reopened under new management in 2020. The kitchen is led by head chef and owner, Luke Woods. Fresh local produce is used to create a range of tasty, seasonal dishes as well as pub classics. The pub opens early for coffee on Fridays and brunch on Saturdays, and features a monthly "doggy brunch" on the 1st Saturday of the month.
