See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

A delightful pub in remote, unspoilt countryside. The original small bar has been relocated and expanded in 2024. It's complemented by picturesque gardens. The location makes this a convenient stop-off for walkers and cyclists, especially at weekends. Reopening 5 June 2024 under new management. In its new format there will be a subtle Basque feel but its roots will be firmly founded on those of a classic English pub. As well as restaurant meals inspired by the Basque country it will also offer simple pub snacks for a light lunch. The cask ale range may differ from the previous Indigenous Brewery range.
