The Millstream Café Bar is in the music, theatre and arts centre, on the canal side in Banbury town centre. Open Monday to Saturday until 4.30 (except bank holidays), and after shows, it can be very busy when there is a gig or show in the theatre. Two handpumps are on the bar, both for local ales, usually Hook Norton.
