Imposing stone-built former farmhouse, which probably became a posting inn for the traffic on the high road between Oxford and Cheltenham. Now a Butcombe owned pub, this 18th century coaching inn makes a great base for exploring the area, and has a cosy interior with original beams and cosy corners. Three cask ales from Butcombe are served along with meals and Sunday lunches.
