A traditional, community-focused pub located on the main road through the village, with the bar refurbished in 2024. This is a hub of the community, where a warm welcome is assured. Fuller's London Pride and one or two rotating guest ales are available. There is a large open bar area, with a dartbord and log-burner, and outside is a lovely beer garden with a play area. Meals are served Friday and Saturday evenings. Folk night is every 2nd Monday, and a quiz on the third Sunday evening of the month.
