The Blue Boar is a former coaching inn, first licensed in 1683. The pub is devided into several areas, with the former stables forming part of the restaurant. Purchased by Youngs and given a thorough, but sympathetic refurbishment, this pub and dining room has four cask ales, and serves classic British food. It opens at 9am on weekends for breakfast.
